Development & Asset Manager

Stephen joined SDC Capital in 2011. Since then, he has worked in all facets of the business, including development, lending, acquisitions and leasing. Stephen is currently involved in the repositioning of the firm’s real estate assets and in the evaluation of potential lending opportunities and real estate acquisitions.

Stephen has a Bachelor’s Degree in English from Indiana University and is licensed as a Real Estate Agent by the California BRE. He previously worked as an editor for Fox Sports and was responsible for all content on their MLB website. When he’s not at work, he is perfecting his golf swing.
