WARREN SILVERBERG

Warren founded SDC Capital in 1981 and remains active in all aspects of the company’s operations.

Warren has a Master’s Degree (MBA) from the UCLA Anderson School of Management and a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara. He is licensed by the State of California as a General Contractor and Real Estate Broker.

Warren has underwritten and funded over $100 million in real estate bridge loans. Before forming SDC Capital in 1981 and subsequently forming Silverberg Development Corp, Warren was a key officer of various fully integrated developers including Wilshire Diversified, Inc. and Urban Pacific Development Corp. Warren enjoys traveling the world and collecting art.
